FINANCE STAFF (SURABAYA – BASED)
Main task :
- Understand of accounting and management system
- Maintain all customer service & treasury activities, including the ordering of goods
- To ensure that outstanding AR should be collected appropriate with due invoices
- To ensure that all AR and collection have been recorded and reconcile properly
- To ensure that internal control have been done and appropriate with SOP
- To ensure that AR adjustment have been process properly
- Prepare contra bill to modern trade
With requirements :
- Male or Female with maximum 30 years of age
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economy (Accounting)
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Technical Skills : MS Office application (MS. Excel, MS.Word)
- Honest, Team Player and Hard Working person
- Currently residing in East Java is preferable
- CLosing Date : 15-07-2014
