Responsibilities
Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading consumer electronics companies. Our respected client is seeking a sales and distribution management professional, preferably with experience working for a multinational consumer goods or electronics company, for the job of Distributor Manager, to be based in Batam, Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. This is a senior position with a highly respected company and offers excellent prospects for career advancement. The winning candidate have at least five years’ business experience, ideally in sales, speak fluent English and possess superior communication and leadership skills.
Key job responsibilities will include:
Manage distributor & sub-distributor that cover market in Batam
Manage distributor in order to ensure the achievement of selling in and out by implementing selling out process in weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales target
Develop and execution with distributor and marketing for local campaign program in order to achieve sales target and superior distribution and merchandising
Guide the distributor in developing implementing and improving territory management through effective and efficient execution
Gather information from market/market intelligent to evaluate sales team in doing sales process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Five to 7 years’ experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry, preferably in sales
Good communication and leadership skills
Excellent English
Professional selling skills
Motivated and hard-working
